Aviation authority approval on ultra-thin lightweight glass
AviationGlass & Technology started in 2012 with the development of the ultrathin, lightweight yet extremely strong glass products for airplane cabin interiors. In 2015, the company’s AeroGlass Mirror and AeroGlass Lens received the world’s first ever aviation authority approval on its glass for aircraft cabin interiors. A Supplemental Type Certificate and Production Organisation Approval was issued by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and was followed by ISO9001 certification in that same year.
